I do not intend to cut that part of the bays, what I intend to do is use the holes that are already in the case for cable management, so the tubing would have this route:

I had completely forgotten to update this thread. Here's the before and after of the loop work out.

And that's how it stays for hopefully a good amount of time, I don't plan on upgrading anything any time soon (I recently changed my Vertex 2 120GB for a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB) except for buying an Aquaero 6 PRO but that won't change my loop layout. smile.gif
