So to me they are already BS'ing us...what else aren't they telling us?
Unless of course I'm wrong...which I hope I am...but I know I'm not.
Either way, as long as it isn't as technical and complicating as the X games before it I'm down. It isn't that I find X games too hard...I just like to save WORK for 9AM-5AM...not have to work when I get home as well.
They are not going to dumb the game down and piss off their fan base, and the features they are building in require complexity, check out XTM, scripters have already made the economy of X3TC remarkably interdependent. Fan mods actually made the game much more deep and complex. I wouldn't worry about the graphics too much for the interiors yet, As long as it is easily mod-able someone will improve them. Of course you can acquire other ships, transporter, get out and board, buy em be a pirate this isn't a shooter or action game its a sandbox space sim.
If they change the game into a gamepad space shooter, the X series will be dead.
