Have you switched the nvidia power management setting from adaptive to prefer maximum in the nvidia control panel?

In skyrim i have 60fps with a few drops to 50fps and mafia II can also be constants 60fps with PhysX on High (All maxed out 1080P), but the benchmark can not more than 40fps

The Q series is not much different to AMD Phenom II, back when i was sporting the Phenom II at 4.2ghz with a single GTX 480, constant unstable frame rates in some games, as well as low GPU usage, the 2500k fixed this, everything went from jumpy, to smooth as silk at that time.

I agree that your score looks just about right. I got 1650 or so at stock and 1949 overclocked with my 760 and PII 965 @ 3.8Ghz. Check your Nvidia control panel and make sure that under power managment you're set to maximum performance. Also turn off Vsync if you want frame rates over 60.

Now when I play I hear a loud noise coming from the graphics card.
I searched a bit and think it's coil whine. What can I do to reduce the sound, as it is extremely annoying? RMA only?

Vsync on should reduce the coil whine, since it limits the framerate and the card doesn't have to push as hard. Whine won't hurt the card any, but if it hurts your ears look into RMAing it.

I had the same problem with my MSI 760, RMAd it and got a refund.
