I R A Newb; Help?

Its been a while, like 5+ years since I built a new rig. Had to have someone at micro center show me what's up. I ended up getting the following.

Intel Core i7 3930K
Frio Advanced cpu cooler (230w)
Asus sabertooth x79
EVGA superclock 780GTX
32 gb Ballistix DDR3 PC3-12800 • 9-9-9-24
Corsair HX750 PSU
2x Samsung Pro SSD 256 Raid 0
NZXT H2 classic silent mid tower
Extra top fan Vortex HDB CF-V14HB

I would love for someone to help me test the limits of the box and find a good long term stable but fast as heck configuration. Current 3dMark 11 score is 12446 I think it can be higher!

Current web surfing temps are
CPU 32c
PCIE 31c
RAM 29c

Any takers?

It can get higher if you overclock, testing for stability isn't going to do much other than tell your temps, because stock is meant to work out of box.
Also I can't tell if this is a troll thread looking a your nickname, and getting those parts, you must have big pockets.

No troll. Its been a while since I built a performance rig. Kind of looking for guidance around ratios of voltage/clock frequency (a spread sheet would be sick), temp thresh holds for the components etc. Here is a report from a program called sysspec
