My only concern with the PSU listed is the 700 watts. I plan on adding a sound card and another GTX 780 in the future. According to PCPartPicker that uses 698 watts - Which to my knowledge (I don't know computers) hinders me from adding another SSD or HDD. Would I want to find a 750W+ PSU?

Think you misunderstand the unit itself is fine its the software you pay all that money for thats flat out broken

And its way overhyped that its a digtal PSU its been proven that a good anlog PSU can be just as good

So not its not a bad PSU its just very bad value for money

And no you dont need 700 watts for a system with two video cards you would not see power draw go above 600 watts even with overclocks

If you want extra headroom you could get the V850 then

Wouldn't they be able to fix their software?

I'm thinking the PSU in my build is subject to change on the day I buy. I'll just buy whatever is the best deal at the time seeing as the 760i isn't worth it's $200+ price tag.

They have not bothered to fix the software yet and i think its been out for about a year (cant recall)

So its a overpriced half assed half finished PSU

Also note the AX760 and AX760i is not made by the same OEM

Yeah it was disappointing when you mentioned it's not a SeaSonic brand. I would prefer a SeaSonic product as they are the best.

Thats not really ture they are the best

They are not bad but it is a bit of overhyping with Seasonic

They still dont have anything that can trade blows with the new Super Flower Leadex

The OEM that makes the AX760i/AX860i/AX1200/AX1200i is Flextronics

Also Seasonic no longer works with Corsair and i dont think they ever will again
