Driver failing, clocking improperly.

I have just recently attempted some benchmarks on my PC. I dont have any games installed on this computer yet other then dragon age origins so i really havent done a good testing on how the gpu works (or doesnt work) or if it has any problems.

Anyways the first time i tried to load 3dmark11 it instantly crashed saying driver has failed, i tried to re-open it again and I had no problems, ran through the entire test:
http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6994554

This was with a slight overclock, my temps never exceeding 58*

So i hoped the first crash was just a glitch and upped to overclock to max power (119%) +125 core +405 memory. Then I tried to run 3dmark11 again and this happened instantly:

I was pretty confused why it happens, seems to recover fine without issues. Sure enough I run it again and it runs fine without crashing. But after the test I realize my score was actually worse then the previous (not by much) but then i take a look at the gpu-z log. My clock speeds only increased to set values during like the first test, after that it never got to set values was always low. The GPU seems to scale itself down too much too often. I dont know what to do is there possibly something wrong with it? Heres the gpu-z log from just the last test:

gpuz.txt 141k .txt file

I dont want to get some good games here when I move (currently limited by bandwidth cap so dont play much) and then find out theres something wrong with the card. I would prefer to find out before my warranty is up tongue.gif. Any suggestions on how to fix gpu over-scaling? Also could the crashing be driver related? Or is the gpu having issues? How can I find out?

Doesnt seem to be any different, even during gaming on dragon age the core/memory clock do not reach the proper values

1032 clock
1502 memory clock

Max shown during mark11:
1254 clock
1707 mem clock

I would assume thats probably what its supposed to be at, but it will only get that high for a moment, then it drops back down:
gpuz2.txt 101k .txt file
Thats the log for mark11 again ran one more time. Pretty much the same thing happened again, it didnt say driver failure though. Just popped up loaded the first test, then it minimized and wouldnt come back up, mouse was invisible except while on bottom of screen, finally had to end process to bring mouse visible and get 3dmark to work again. Started it back up and it ran through fine with nearly the exact same results as before. I cant get this thing to clock properly and stay clocked properly.

seems during normal gaming (DA:Origins anyays) it stays at 1032/1502 and never changes and never crashes. Is this just a 3dmark problem maybe?
