and a bit off topic, the pc itself is a bit loud and I want it to be as silent as possible, as you can see it has a assload of fans, how would I do that? I know I just cannot take them all out

Download Coretemp to watch CPU temperatures.

Download MSI Afterburner to watch Graphics card temperatures.

Go play a game such as crysis

about 15-20 minutes in, look at your temperatures.

CPU shouldn't get hotter than 50C on the hottest core.

GPU shouldn't get hotter than 90C.

You can keep taking fans away till' you get closer and closer to these numbers.

Even better, you can buy silent fans to replace the loud ones.

Budget : Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm ( $9 )

High End : Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition ( $15 )

Do not but that HDD. Make sure you least get a good one.

Louder noise happens when you have poor airflow. Which your case does.
Upgrading to a newer case with better airflow will help.
I see both GPU using molex connections to power, which is not good to do. I suggest a PSU upgrade.

Not sure where you are from, so cant suggest much.
