Haha just hope next gen would be more power efficient than the last, thats how the trend usually goes though. More performance, less power usage.

yea, a 550w or even a 500w would be fine. as for which ones, these and the sea sonic linked above are current best deals and will all fit in the prodigy fine:

I think I'm going to go with either the SeaSonic 650 or 550 depending on the GPU I buy. I actually found a way to squeeze a 7990 into my budget biggrin.gif

If you have little room in your case then a SilverStone Strider Gold might be just the thing its only 140mm
