What is a good cheap graphics card that can run Minecraft and Garry's Mod at a good FPS.
What is your budget? And what are your system specs? Minecraft is more CPU intensive than anything else.

what is the main usage for the PC. if its for work or development then fine. but if gaming is one of the main usage then you can put a better build with a much better graphics card. do you play the latest action games like tombraider or bioshock. what kind of games do you play ?

also go for ANTEC 302 for USD 68. more spacious and better case.

The budget will allow for something along the lines of a HD 7870 GHz edition. Tho if you look around, you might catch a deal on a HD 7950 for around $200. Here is one, but unfortunately its sold out. So if you can play the patience game, you might be able to snag one up in a week or two once new sales start.

Edit: If you can do rebates, this one is only $199.99 with promo code and mir.

Did you manage to pick one up, that same MSI card is now $189.99 with rebate. And if you pay with V.Me and use coupon code VME10BTS its only $158.99. Seems like a few good brand cards are now only $200 after rebate.

Sapphire 7950 (what I would recommend): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202026
