So i just overclocked for the first time. I have the processor running at 4.4ghz at 1.087V. It is running rock solid. Is my voltage good? Im getting temps around 65 degrees at full load.

1.087V? That sounds awfully low for 4.4Ghz stable. Have you stress tested the CPU at all?

Yeah, I ran prime 95 for 6 hours and even started playing crysis towards the end. No problems at all.

I thought it was low too, but since it is running stable I thought maybe I just got a really good cpu

I had my 3570K clocked at 4.4 with 1.2v's, and assumed that after a 11 hour prime run, it was stable rolleyes.gif
Fast forward 3/4 months, I somehow stumble across this thread http://www.overclock.net/t/1340022/xebs-quick-and-dirty-stability-guide, run Prime with those settings and it crashed lol.
To the Op, 6 hours in Prime isn't enough, run it for at least 24 hours with the settings from the thread I linked above and then post back.
If it is stable, you should count yourself lucky. I'm at 1.296 & 4.4 and I'm still stress testing rolleyes.gif
Good luck though thumb.gif
