No audio from front jack - Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer

I've had a PCI Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer sound card for ages, and it's always worked great for me. I have a 5.1 speaker set hooked up to it, and an additional subwoofer that I was running audio to via the front jack.

Anyway, I recently upgraded the motherboard, processor, and ram, and Windows 7 reinstalled drivers for virtually everything because of it, including the sound drivers. All fine and dandy - the same Creative software appears to be available, and everything is working as it should be - except, no sound from the front panel, thus, no audio to the extra subwoofer.

The front panel jack is indeed plugged into the sound card, same as it was before.

IIRC, the last time I reinstalled Windows, I had to change a setting somewhere to enable the front panel audio. I think I disabled the automatic detection or something? I can't remember exactly. But I've looked through all the options I can get to, and can't find anything to adjust with regards to that front panel jack. I don't know what to do to get it working.

Any thoughts?
