Upgrading ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 Upgrade for SLI

Thread Starter
I currently have an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and I am looking to upgrade my motherboard. The reason I want to upgrade my motherboard is that I am planning on getting 2 x gtx 770's in SLI. I want to run Rome Total War 2 on max settings. I have a Korean monitor and want to run this game on max settings at 2560 x 1440. The problem I am having with using this motherboard it that I have a sound card and a wireless internet card and there is not enough space for 2 graphic cards as well. I am looking for a motherboard that will support 2 graphic cards(the gtx 770's), my sound card, and my wireless internet card, are there any motherboards that will have the space to fit all of these components? My budget for the new motherboard will be around $300 and I would like a board that can overclock well as well, I have a 3570k processor. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

What are the sound card/wireless internet card- PCI or PCI-E? Do they each only take one slot or what?

Sound card is a creative x-fi titanium, wi-fi card uses a PCI slot. Each card uses one slot I think.
