GTX780 SC issues after flashing Hydro Cooler ROM

Hi all,

I flashed my GTX 780 SC with the hydro cooler ROM following these instructions here
http://www.trickmasterpc.com/

After restarting the keyboard and mouse are totally unresponsive. the PC itself appears to be functioning correctly though, as the items in startup / system tray appear to load even though the keyboard/mouse is frozen.
the keyboard functions correctly inside the BIOS however,. unsure about mouse as its not UEFI.
I havent had a chance to boot into safe mode, but im wanting to put the stock ROM back onto the card now.

What would be the best way to do this ? assuming the card isn't bricked?

Boot into safe mode with onboard graphics and reflash a stock ROM ?

This is my first time playing with flashing BIOS's on GPUs, so im worried ive done some irriversible damage !

Unfortunately i couldn't figure out how to use gpuz to take a copy of my stock ROM so now i dont have that.

1) could someone point me in the direction of the stock rom?
2) whats the best way to wipe all old drivers so i can start fresh? Would that be boot safe mode, uninstall through device manager, then reboot into safe mode again and run driver cleaner?
3) Im assuming i can boot from my onboard gpu while the gtx780 is stil inserted? id need to enable this in the BIOS
4) would it be worth reflashing the motherboards BIOS ?

I tried resetting the bios on the motherboard to see if that made a difference, but unfortunately it didn't, and i was limited in how much time i could put into troubleshooting before leaving for work today.

Hardware:
i7 2600k
Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3
EVGA GTX 780 SC with ACX cooler.
g.skill 8gb ddr3-1600mhz
samsung 840 pro 256gb

Thanks all. im sitting at work in misery worrying about my PC frown.gif

Thank you !!!

So enable onboard graphics in the BIOS, and boot using that (with the 780gtx still plugged in .. i assume you can do this) and then flash using nvflash? with the correct ROM ? which will be the GTX 780 3072 MB SC w/ ACX Cooler.

I had 13115 3DMark11 before this. back to square one!

I'm not sure they're fixed now but when I used nvtuner or whatever it was to mod the bios, the bios from techpowerup proved to be not 'safe'...so I'd be a little careful... Maybe someone here on Ocn will post stock bios for you.

Maybe try to reset your CMOS on the motherboard first before you flash back....
