Hello, I'll be going with a NZXT Kraken X60 for the CPU cooler, and two GTX780 Asus OG edition for GPU.
And these are the two case I'm looking at.

NZXT Phantom 530

- Side Window, alot of fan slot
- Weird slot for a side fan(Will it effect SLI GPU, it seems to be blowing towerd the HD cage.

Fractal Design Define XL R2

- No side window, $40 dollar cheaper

I like the Phantom 530 over the R2 because of the side window, fan controller, ssd mount in the back, and the option for a 360mm radiator mount at the top. I agree with you about the side fan. Seems weird for me too since the case already has the front intake. The Fractal design is nice but I wish it had a window. As for the price Newegg shows the two cases to be the same price - $129.
