I want to keep the i5 4670k wireless OS monitor keyboard and speaker

You can get 7970's for less than $300, so yes, it's possible.

There are no new cards worth the asking price because almost all of them are revised designs now. I would buy a used reference card or a the original sapphire 7970 oc if I can find one. Imo, there should be negative rep for the XFX deals that are routinely posted. They are doing the community a disservice lol.

I heard the xfx gpu sucks but are the psu for the xfx good?

Yes, they are good units for the price and are better then the corsair CX psu's. All XFX psu's are based on seasonic designs.
