I think eMLC NAND is rated at 30,000 P/E cycles. Plenty of over-provisioning, too (20+%). Unless you've got a really, really heavy random workload, though, I'd suggest just getting a consumer MLC SSD and over provisioning the heck out of it. I reckon that's still going to be cheaper than an enterprise SSD on a per formatted GiB basis.
