Its actually plasticizing. The greenish is probably algea growth. But here's the thread were this has been discussed feverishly:

I remember seeing that thread, what's your opinion on the tubing and plasticizer situation?

I used clear with no issues in 2011. Come 2012 and everyone is having plasticize. After a lot of experimenting, you had to get really lucky or just switch to color, which i did. I strongly believe something changed in the manufacturing process and it caused this. Enter primochill and the Advance, its been the golden boy for plasticize free tube. I have the Atomic green and it has held great. Price is pretty much in line with the older LRT back then and some of the other companies. Its a bit stiff so it can be hard to get on the fittings initially. But the great thing is that it tends to hold its shape unlike the softer LRT, you don't have to force it sometimes to fit. My Clear Advance arrives tomorrow and the Pastel on Thursday. Waiting on some last minute angle fitting adapters so I'll have my new setup finished by the weekend smile.gif

Just a quick look over your rads 2X ut60 480s and a 240 ut60 might cause you issues if you plan on running the 480 and 240 in the bottom compartment. I have nearly the same setup but chose an XT45 240 just for that extra clearance, as there is not much left over once you run the bottom 480 in push pull assuming that's your intention given the 20 ap15s.

Got a GTX 480 and a 360 both with push/pull. I have a little bit of space left since they're both 55mm thick. though I have a 240 modded to the front so the bottom two rads are actually sitting on the floor. It'll be tight but you can probably squeeze them in if you don't use the fan mounts (does cut off the view of the fans so another reason not to use it) and remove the bottom hdd cage risers (may not be necessary. You can always delete one bank of fans on either rad with no affect.
