My Experience with New Build

]Hi,
Just wanted to share my experience with my new rig and see what you guys think about.
I just build it and here are the specs:
Mobo: Asus M5A97 R2.0
Processor: AMD FX 4100 OC to 4ghz, Default volts cooled with an old corsair H50 (highest temps are 42c at max load and 32 Idle, considering I live in the Caribbean and now the room temps can range between 30c and 36c)
Mem: 4x 2g Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz 1.65V
Video Card: HIS AMD Radeon HD7770 Ghz Edition
HDD: 3x Seagate barracuda 500gb (1 IDE mode for OS, 2 RAID 0)
Power Supply: Generic 800 Watts.

Ok, here is my story:
I originally wanted Windows 8, so I bought it (Pro Edition x64) and installed it. It started to give me all kinds of error. First was hard drives, it was fixed with drivers. Then was the memory, BSOD about memory every few minutes. I started playing around with the config and even updated drivers and bios. So I got to the point that I quit with windows 8. Then I went back to Windows 7. This one gave me less problems. But still, few here and few there. So I said, maybe it has something to do with the RAID array, hhhmmm. Went to bios and the 2 HDD in RAID 0 I left it like that, but then I notice that the HDD where the OS is, it was configure in a RAID port. I thought it didn’t matter. Apparently it does, I change it from RAID to IDE and BINGO!!!! All my problems are gone. Now I have to try it with Windows 8 again to see how it goes.

Just wanted to share my story and maybe help somebody in the way. Go ahead, leave comments, questions, suggestions and maybe I have the answer to one of your problems.

UPDATE 1: I have change the case for a Cooler Master HAF 912. And also found that the problem was a bad disk, replaced it and it works like a charm. Will test for a few days and then will change it to windows 8.

UPDATE 2: After my findings with the drive, I realized that whenever I downloaded a file and run it, it said "file corrupt". I started to look up in google and try a solution from a forum I can't reember: "Try with one stick of ram at a time". I did that and since I have 4 dimms of 2g each i only left 2 dimms. Now it seems ok and the files are not corrupted anymore. Will be testing for few more days and put the old drive back in to continue trying.

UPDATE 3 [FINAL SOLUTION]: I have come to realize that my motherboard is the one acting funny, I cannot use all 4 slots for the memory. So I have 2 possible solutions for this: 1.- Change my Mobo or 2.- Buy 2x8g of ram. Which one should I do?

Nice setup, I hope to venture into the RAID territory someday. What case is it in?

Also, you can add it to your sig here.
