You're speculating here. If you look at the facts, data, benchmarks, etc, you will find that an 8350 will not utilize the full potential of your graphics cards. Take it from someone who upgraded from a 4.6Ghz 1090T to a 4.8Ghz 3570K. The performance difference was absolutely incredible, with Intel easily blowing my AMD chip out of the water. Obviously the FX series is faster than the Phenom, but you get what I'm trying to say. AMD chips have their place, and they outperform Intel in some aspects, but gaming is not one of them.
Think of your rig as like a table. You want the same sleek, beautiful finish on the top that everybody craves (graphics cards). But if your legs aren't strong enough to support the top, things are going to start collapsing (CPU). That's a horrible analogy
TL;DR---> Xfire 7970's with an Intel CPU is your best bang for the buck.

Just because AMD is a cheaper line of graphics doesn't mean it's worse quality. That's rediculous. Yes AMD's chips are lacking in gaming, that's one thing, but their graphics line is strong as hell.
