Well that card is quite a bit better than both of my video cards and i get pretty decent fps on them. I'm using Nvidia Geforce experience to optimize the game, so my settings could be much lower than yours.

Is Mantle supported by that card?

It is but mantle is still in beta so people reporting fps spikes etc. I'm running it in ultra 4xaa but will drop to 20 fps when really busy. I was hoping for more

What's your monitor resolution and consider trying the beta drivers with Mantle too.
1360x768. I may try to use the 14.1's tried the latest beta's and they the same.

I've managed to get a mix of high and ultra to average around 40 with a dip to 30 when it gets busy.

That's with my CPU o/c @ 4.3 too

The lower your resolution the harder it stresses the CPU. Perhaps this is your issue. 1080p would be the sweet spot for the FX 6300 and 7950 combo I would think.

Are you sure iRUSH? AFAIK the processor wouldn't take any more of a load at a lower resolution, or less at a higher resolution, it's all GPU. Unless BF4 is doing something completely unheard of...
I'd be very curious to see Jason's results with this though

Ok tried 1920x1080 and the fps is the same but looks worse on my tv, 1360x768 is defo the best for my ****ty LCD TV lol.

Hmm I'm stumped as I was hoping I could max bf4 out on this rig now, and it's left me wondering if its the CPU or gpu?
Sorry this thread has gone a bit off topic lol
