The 7990 wasn't selling so it was discontinued.
And then since the remaining inventory still wasn't selling its price was dropped by $300.

Pretty clear that people aren't interested in dual GPU cards. Underclocked 7970CFX on a stick isn't interesting to people.

i got chewed out for making any sort of statement regarding the 7990 rolleyes.gif lets see if anyone's got the guts to do it to you too.

most people who have enough money for a 7990 likely have more than one pcie slot, and would opt for 2x7950's for less anyways. the market for the 7990 is miniscule.

I don't appreciate how AMD is treating it's customers. Showering us with benefits time and time again, now we get to choose our own games. How dare they! mad.gif

I honestly wish nVidia had its old game bundles too. I am a little jealous. Unfortunately, CFX has only ever disappointed me so only nVidia for the foreseeable future.

These are really great to get marketshare.... but once AMD has you guys... you get snubbed with stuff for World of Tanks! Hahah.

Currently on Newegg, you can get a nice 7970 + 3 games + $20 rebate for $310. I think that's a great value.

Surprised at the lack of Bioshock Infinite, which is the biggest title AMD has brought to the table.

Also, why does HD7870/HD7850 not get the Tomb Raider option? Wasn't that originally HD7870/HD7850 only?
