Have Y'all Tried Corsair's "New" RMA System?

I have a nice dual-channel set of Corsair Vengeance 1600 that decided to start causing random crashes and reboots (not to mention a BSOD or two). Memtest86+ revealed that one of the sticks was, well, sick. Anyway, I went to fill out the RMA for the RAM and it was absolutely painless. I simply put in the product code, my address, my credit card (advanced RMA FTW), and it was instantly approved and processed. I don't remember it being this easy before. The last RMA I had with them felt different (SSD), but I can't remember the process. I feel like I had to call someone though.

What?

A good experience with an RMA?

Did 2012 happen already?

[Thanks, Corsair. I love this process; seriously.]

I had an RMA with them and did cross service and it was done on the spot and it was super easy.

If i had a problem with any of their products i could just simply wait a couple days and then i have a brand new product in my hands and then problem solved smile.gif
