okay ,

Clamp the pump to something are have some one hold it .
get a flat head and a hammer
and where its rigid )(the bumps) hit the handle of the Flathead ( not too hard just firmly! )

Ah true, I'm going to try man handle it once I get home again.

EDIT: Turns out I need 10 hours of rest from work, then come back at it full force haha.

End Result! GPU went from 70C to 35C and CPU dropped 5-10 degrees ish
