[ADVICE] - Upgrading GPU

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a dilemma. Here in my country GPUs are VERY expensive. Just to give you a hint: GTX Titan is aproximately $1818 USD... so, my situation is the following: I have an XFX 7970 DD which runs almost everything well but it is voltage locked and I HATE that. It won't let me OC past 1045mhz on the core which sucks and really limits my gpu's potential and future-proofing.
My idea was to upgrade my gpu to have decent fps with the upcoming BF4 and next gen games at the lowest price possible. So doing a 7970 CF is not an option as I would have to put a lot of cash above what I have (around $781 USD)

I have narrowed my options to two: 1) sell my gpu and get the 9970 when it comes out. (I really doubt it will outperform a 780) - price in my country still unknown but probably around $1000 usd, so if I sell my gpu I would have to put around $350 USD on top of what I get from my vga.
2) sell my gpu and get 2x Zotac 760 AMP! and SLI (it matches the titan in performance, at a very reasonable price) - selling my gpu I would have to put around $360 USD

Mind you, I game at 1080p and HATE MSAA, I usually use FXAA on high or SMAA at the lowest options (x1 or x2). Crysis 3 at those settings uses up to 1350mb of Vram (tested it myself yesterday). So I think the 2GB of Vram of the 760s won't be an issue for quite a long time, until I upgrade again.

So what do you guys think?

firstly you should stick with the HD 7970 till closer to BF4 launch. there might be benchmarks of the beta version. you can then decide if you need more performance for 1080p. i would say wait for HD 9950 / HD 9970. they are going to be bundled with BF4. decide based on your perf needs and the price perf of various cards at that time. I have a feeling the HD 9950 will be unbeatable for value for money and will be a nice jump up from HD 7970.

Thanks for the advice. I-ll wait and see then.
