Monitor or TV?

Thread Starter
With the imenant release of GTA V I'm in need of a new screen for my PS3.

I have 2 options either use my current monitor (24" 1920x1200) or get a smallish 720p TV.

I feel like the TV will look better as GTA is native 720, thoughts?

However if I choose to use my monitor then i'll purchase 2 more monitors for my pc.

The higher resolution of your monitor should always make an image look better than a 720p tv. However, I think it makes sense to me to use a monitor if you will be playing it up close on a desk, or a tv if you have a couch and will use it across a room. Personally, I'd use the monitor and just save money.
