Why would you think that you can't ? Of course you can...
I'm not an AMD expert though, don't ask any advice to me...

You do that in the bios. When you start the computer you press some key (in my case f1) then you get in to the bios and there you are.

You can yes, go into your Bios and start by setting the following:-

CPU Multiplier: x11
CPU Voltage: 1.4v
HT Frequency: x4
Memory Divider: 333Mhz or 5:6 (Bios dependant)
CPU Frequency/FSB: 200Mhz <----- raise this at 10Mhz at a time.

Once your system fails to boot or freezes, take the cpu voltage up " ONE" notch to 1.41v and continue raising the FSB and repeat. See how far you can get before 1.5v

You need help from some of the AMD guys...
What is it that you are trying to achieve ? A very high overclock or just a mild one ?
For a mild one, in the bios, you just raise the FSB.
But if you want a heavy overclock, then, on AMD's, I have absolutely no knowledge about it...
EDIT : Great quick response from AMD people !
