I just ran 3DMark05 again @ 620/780 (up from 620/760) and got 7084... Not all that far from your score .

What's your AquaMark3 "GFX" score? @ 620/780 mine is 17,133. My CPU score is 16,696. Overall score: 113,232.

Yeah, give AM3 a whirl and upload a print-screen of the results. It'll probably be more helpful to compare the AM3 GFX scores because that should take the CPU differences out of the equation .

12,921..? Is that o/c'ed to 660/860..? 12,921 doesn't seem right for that o/c compared to mine .

I would of thought the benchmark would of shown my CPU score as the higher and your GFX score as the higher? Hmm, maybe AM3 doesn't take the CPU out of the equation when it attributes a GFX score after all ...

Anybody want to chime in on this?

Well, I'm definitely starting to think there's something wrong with your 7600GT o/c, or perhaps it's me!

Using TAT, I throttled my E6600 to 1.8GHz and ran AM3 again. This time I got a CPU score of 7,706 and a GFX score of 13,359 @ 620/780...

LOL, there is something wrong here, I'm just not sure what it is .

EDIT: Just tried it again @ 2.1GHz and got a CPU score of 9,678 and a GFX score of 14,838. LOL, I'm not sure what's going on now .

LOL, don't worry about it. As long as you're seeing better performance in games, that's all that really matters. Benchmark scores aren't all that important .

What we need, is somebody with the same CPU and graphics card to compare scores properly. Perhaps somebody from the AMD camp will be nice enough to help out .
