you can try lowering PLL voltage yes, on my 3770k I got most stability with my pll at like 1.635v. Admittedly it was only an extra 30 mins or something on prime95.

Custom water cooling loop? You'll get better performance than any all-in-one and if you do it right it can be cheaper too. Plus its looks balla

That will likely be my next big upgrade, but for now, I'll stick with the H80. I think the Fan and duct I ordered will make a Huge difference.

I assume the h80 fans are the same ones used on the h100? If so, I have read that the static pressure on the stock fans are actually really good if you don't mind how loud they are.
