What were you looking to upgrade, whats the budget like, and i'm guessing you want this for gaming?

What games do you play and what is your price range? Your CPU is still good overclock that bad boy if you have not yet. A quick google search shows the gtx770 around the performance of 570s in sli.

i suggest a better cpu cooler like a H100i and the 7950.

HT off with the 7950 oc'ed to 7970 GHz . . .

oc your cpu.

i read that there is a - never settle bundle - being offered. if you buy some amd gpu you'll be able to get BF4 for free when it comes out. btw, double check if the H100i will fit your mobo and case.

If you were to upgrade to that gpu your psu should be fine and be able to power it.

I would say upgrade the gpu as you have a decent cpu right now. If your willing to overclock the cpu that would mean definitely get the gpu upgrade.

I think his hyper 212+ is fine, upgrading his cooler will net him a minimal performance increase from ocing over the 212.
