We could ask for LED's as well. A 140mm PWM LED fan that could pull through a filter would be perfect for a front intake fan. I say LED because I know there are many who like to light up their cases.
The day of the non-PWM fan is done. Even for case fans, you want them to run up when they need to, and otherwise idle quietly.
