I have an ASUS GTX 465 thats been in a hackintosh for about 2 years but it recently crashed OSX out of the blue and I ended up loading windows on to another drive just to experiment to see if it was an apple thing or what, and it worked fine in windows with generic driver and 800x600 res during the install process, until the nvidia driver got installed then it started BSOD on startup again. I've tried a bunch of different legacy and beta drivers and they all crash.

Is the reason this is happening because there is some amount of bad vram, and it's not all being addressed with generic drivers but with "real" drivers it hits the dead ram patches and crashes? What can I do about a card like this? Any "oven" fix?
