4770K @ 3.5GHz Low Cinebench R11.5 Scores

Thread Starter
Running some benchmarks at bone stock speeds to get a baseline for performance increase after overclocking.

At stock multi-core, 8 threads, I'm getting scores of 6.92 over and over again.
Single core gives me 1.62.

Nearly every review site I've seen shows stock 4770K's getting scores of around 8.00. The lowest I've seen is 7.97. 6.92 is worse than a stock 3770K...

What gives? I'm running the tests with zero background applications on.
