The turniq tower would get you 3.6 on average. Water cooling might get you a little farther with a much higher price.

And if your not using it already. Get some arctic sliver 5.

If water cooling is what you really want to do. Go there and ask them about a custom kit. I thought about doing it till I saw the 250+ price tag when I could just get the turniq tower for 54.99 or less.

ok i just ran orthos, everything seem stable, although the temp hovers around 62C when under stree, which is a bit high. Also, how long do u run that stress test for? I ran it for 1 min 11 sec and then stopped it...

I think I might lower my 3.2 to a 3.0 before I get better cooling.

Your going to disable the Ai overclocker. I'm shocked you even got it to work. Most of us can't get it working. Doesn't really matter though because the bios is easy too.

Under advance tab.
JumperFree Configuration

AI overclocking, set it to manual.
CPU frequency: 266 for stock
Dram Frequency: Auto or 533 for 1:1(Thats what you were asking for)
PCI express, set that to 100
PCI clock 33.33mhz
memory voltage recommended. Whatever that may be for your ram.

Advance Chipset
Configure Dram timing by SPD: Disable that and set your ram timings below.
Disable hyper path 3

I'll add a complete list of the bios if you need it.

To answer your last question. If the ram refuses to overlock at all(it should overclock some) but if it doesn't. Your max fsb would be 337 with the ram at 674 for 1:1. That would put you at 3.28ghz at 9x.

Edit: My math there was off. It would actually be a little above 3ghz. If you want to hit 3.2 it would be 356 *9 with your ram at 712 for 1:1.
I'm a complete noob at overclocking rams, how should i go about it? what kinda numbers should i enter in? this is what tehy're set at;

DRAM CAS latency 5
DRAM RAS precharge 4
DRAM RAS to CAS delay 4
DRAM RAS activate to precha 15
dram write recovery time 4
