Hi, so a few weeks ago I built this beast setup:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k
Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7990
Motherboard: AsRock Z77 Extreme4
Memory: Kingston 16gb (2x8gb) 1600mhz DDR3
Power Supply: Cougar CMX 1000w
CPU Liquid Cooling: Antec Khuler H2O 920
Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2

When I read about the HD 7990, it is suppose to be the most powerful card on the market. When I booted up Battlefield 3 I noticed that the game runs at a weird FPS, while looking at the main battle grounds of the maps, I get around 50-70 frames sometimes even drops down to 30, when I am looking away, the fps rises to about 112-120 fps (1080x1920 60hz Ultra Settings). I ran some Fraps benchmarks and my average was around 65 fps. I was looking at the benchmarks of the card, and everyone usually averaged at about 90-100 frames. So what is up with mine? When I go into GPU-Z while playing Battlefield 3, this is what it shows:

GPU 1: GPU 2:

So as you can see, the second gpu seems to be completely inactive while I'm playing games, Battlefield 3, Crysis 3, Minecraft, Arma 3. I tried both the stable up to date CCC driver and the new the one that I'm using now the 13.8 beta driver, and both don't seem to make a difference. Is there anyway to activate the second gpu, or is this a virtual visual glitch? I don't know whats up with my second gpu, so if someone has a good solution I could really use your help. Thank you.
