did I say it was more relevant? i just said that "50% less cores =/= 50% slower." If anything, I hope my post has shed more light, maybe a different perspective, rather than just blabbing "50% more!!"
Notice my example, compared to a 670, a 760 has 15% less cores AND 15% less SMXes, yet it's only 3% slower...If you extract that out to a 50% difference in cores, you'd be looking at a 10% difference in performance (for the nvidia example)

As for GDDR5 vs DDR3, granted it's clocked at 2133mhz + 32mb eSRAM, I can see why GDDR5 is quantifiably superior , but how does that translate into real world differences? If memory bandwidth proves not to be a bottleneck on the Xbox One, then both the PS4/Xbox would perform equally since they're both within their limit.
