I'm curious, since you have a pair of 780's, perhaps you can help shed some light. What kind of temps are you getting now (with what I assume are the reference cards)? The reason I ask is because the OP has modified his side panel to draw in cool air and blow towards the GPU's, much like how your HAF does in stock form.

You will have a fill card slot spacing between them so it doesn't really matter, get reference

Odp: Best GTX 780 cooler design for dual SLI?

I chose blowers and it seems to work fine. My case isn't ventilated so good as yours but temps don't touch 80C with custom fan profile.
The main drawback of reference cards is rather poor overclocking. I could only stabilize 1137 boost.
