Well, I can see through the Acrylic that the o-ring is still seated in it's little o-ring hole...

Should I loosen it a bit?

Funny thing is, this barb didn't start leaking until I tightened the original leaky barb up..weird

Yeah, see if it helps.
Is it the actual barb that's leaking, or the connection between the block and the barb (where the o-ring is)? Also, are there no cracks on the block, especially near where the barbs connect to?

Responding to your "Rate my cables" response. Yeah these CL0010 Thermaltake blocks should really have new acrylic machined. I've already RMA'd my old one for a new onewhich I got last night, and when I was leak testing the thing it cracked right in half. I guess that's what you get for a $20 CPU block. But hey, free copper to use.

Hey...lots of work eh....
Now im nervous as hell...
Im ready to test my setup (just waiting on the Video Card to arrive)
i have the same setup your using
http://www.overclock.net/case-mod-wo...-case-pic.html

Now im thinking id better strip the machine out and do a 24hr test...
Maybe id better move the rez and pump on to the top of the case before hand.

Have you solved your leak at the cpu block yet ?

No, CPU Block has not been solved. I'm RMA'ing it for a new one..After I test it with some teflon tape around it.

I haven't gotten a chance to drain the loop yet..maybe tomorrow..

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
