well I just looked at and read the specs and details and it seems to be a good cpu cooler, so IMO yes it's worth buying, and that's a good price.

Thanks for your input . I ordered it will let you know how well it cools. running 43C now at idle with stock cooler hope to get in 30s so I can overclock my 965 BE .

you should be able to get in the 30s no problem with other than a stock cooler.
post some pics also when you have it installed, I would like to see how those red
fans look. smile.gif

It looks like a PH-TC12DX / Dark Night SD1283 'rip-off'. I would expect it to perform well, but be a little noisy, although it's a relatively low RPM fan.

Usually, Thermaltake solution is to slap on fast, noisy fans, but this for once looks reasonable. So yeah, it should do well, the noise I would expect will be OK until you really push it.

I would just go with the Hyper 212 Evo. It's cheaper, and it'll perform just as well, if not better. Either that, or I'd add the few extra dollars to get the Xigmatek Dark Knight II.
