What's the best parts i could get to water cool my setup for a $300 Budget?

I have done a lot of homework on this subject of water cooling but i still don't see the best way to go.Buy a kit for Cpu +Gpu or buy parts separate. From what i understand its better to buy parts apposed to a kit. Also what if i want to add a second Gpu down the road.Any help on what direction to go would be great,Are their any links to a parts list needed?

$300 is going to be a bit of a challange for CPU & GPU. You can do it with CPU and then add GPU in the future.

Edit: This is the closest I could come to price:
GPU block
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12904/ex-blc-901/Heatkiller_GPU-X_GTX_570_580_nVidia_GTX_570580_Reference_Design_Full_Coverage_Water_Block_15510.html

Kit:

Add two more fans for push-pull. W/o more fans - you're at $350 + shipping

Or do this kit, lesser pump IMO:

with block you're just under the $300 mark

This would be better, but even more out of price:

Yes that would be fine with me.I would start with Cpu and then add the Gpu later with the option to add a second gpu.I guess i just don't know what parts i would need to star so i can add Gpu x2 later if i want.
