HD5670 Overclock

Hey, I've never overclocked anything before and I'd like to try and overclock my 5670. During a FurMark test the max temp was 70C, is that safe to overclock?

If it is safe for me to overclock, how would I do so?

edit: My motherboard is an ASUS P8 H67-M PRO if that changes anything.

70C is fine, these cards can go up to 100c

Download MSI after burner, increased the speeds slowly then play a game to test if it works for around 5 mins increase the speed more smile.gif

When the game starts crashing after a few good overclocks you would need to increase the voltages slightly.

I had a quick playabout with AMD OverDrive and there's no settings for voltage, how would I change it?

Thanks for the tip, I've been slowly teasing up the GPU clock and memory clocks and haven't really noticed any problems or my game crashing as of yet ; but not really a huge performance increase in my FPS on games.
