Martin did one back in 2008, but it will give you some idea of what you want to know. http://martinsliquidlab.petrastech.com/MartinsRadiatorEstimators.html

It depends on what kind of deltaTemperatures you're trying to achieve, and how fast of fans you want to use.

Martin has a radiator roundup on his website:
http://martinsliquidlab.org/2012/04/14/360-radiator-shootout-summary/

These tests were all done with 360 (3.120mm) radiators but their performance should scale pretty linearly in that a 360 rad should have 3 times more cooling than its 120 counterpart.

Well Im in the process of rebuilding my loop and adding another 480 to the mix, if interested I can report back with how things change. I noticed the big deltas on coolant temperatures while gaming when I had the single 480 however, the CPU alone was not enough to raise temperatures in a significant way perhaps 3-4C temp change on load while the dual GPU's on load would bump things by up to 20C on the coolant hence why Im adding another rad to the mix smile.gif
