galaxy HOF vs Zotac AMP

Thread Starter
my choice has narrowed to the two following 789gtx's
http://m.hardocp.com/article/2013/08/14/galaxy_geforce_gtx_780_hof_edition_review/8#.Ug7yW58pC6o
or

http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/32216-zotac-announces-its-new-geforce-gtx-780-amp

both cards are overclocked to 1006 base, on the gpu
and the boost clock on the gpu is 1050 or something.
the galaxy was pushed even further when manually overclocked up to 1300 mhz.
but I am focusing on a gauranteed speed of 1050mhz on the gpu for gaming on both gpus.
I have nevet owned either brand so I am unsure about these companies regarding warranties, customer support and general build quality.
both of these gpus claim to be the fastest aircooled gtx780 going. I am wondering how these compair to the msi lightning gtx 780 which hasnt been released yet? I have not bought that brand either.
can anyone who kbiws a lot about these two brands help me out. I really wanna kniw which is the better gpu. I kbow that when you buy a gpu you can luck out and get a gpu that can overclock like crazy, or get one that can't be oushed above ths 'out of the bix speeds".
this is why I am going by what the boost clock is set at in regards to their real word gaming performance. I will try and overclock which ever one I get. but for deciding on which one to get I need some advice from people who have owned these brands og gpus in the past or currently do.
I heard rumors that the msi lightning gtx780 will have 6gb of ram??
also I will be sticking to my current 27 inch monitor for now. the fact that it is 3d and I do play a few of my games in 3d stress the gou even more. so please help me decide which gpu has the better components and will last longer.
thank you guys for any and all help.

There is no way the lightning has 6gb of ram. Not only has MSI not doubled the ram on the 680 or 7970 lightnings, 6GB of ram would completely destroy one of the largest selling points the GTX Titan has.
My vote is for the HOF. If you have a white theme this card is just awesome.
