Thought you had already connected it to the 6GB/s port? Glad you got it working! wink.gif

Your read speeds look fine now, writes are still on the low side though headscratch.gif

Here is a 250GB 840 for reference.

Not sure what could be wrong. You're plugged into an Intel SATA 3 port and running in AHCI mode so you should be getting near these speeds.
Unless the write speeds are nearly twice as good on the 250GB compared to the 120GB which I doubt.

The 120GB has 130mb write. But It isn't something I mind that badly. I'm just done with installing everything on it, the games will be installed on my HDD biggrin.gif

It is, unfortunately. That's the biggest thing that's suffered with the move from MLC to TLC NAND. Here are the sequential write speeds based on official specifications:

Samsung 830
64GB: 160 MB/s
128GB: 320 MB/s
256GB: 400 MB/s
512GB: 400 MB/s

Samsung 840
120GB: 130 MB/s
250GB: 250 MB/s
500GB: 330 MB/s

Samsung 840 PRO
128GB: 390 MB/s
256GB: 520 MB/s
512GB: 520 MB/s

Samsung has some firmware tricks (namely "SLC" cache) that greatly improves sequential write performance on the new 840 EVO. Alas, for large extended writes (beyond the size of the "SLC" cache), you could expect to see the same write speed as the vanilla 840.
