Can you increase voltage and overclock the Front side bus (in BIOS)?

If not you need a better mobo.

You can but being an APU, the VGA port(if being used) shall be screwed up because for some reason when you attempt to overclock using that method it changes the frequency on the graphics as well.

yeah, this is because of turbo core.
Turbo core goes all the way up to 40x for 4ghz

default is 37x right? I don't think you will get too much performance gain with it at 4ghz xD
