Be sure to not get confused with the Z77-D3H vs. Z77X-D3H.

About that 4-pin for CPU power on the Z77X-D3H, that's only on Rev 1.0. If the board you get is Rev 1.1, it will be 8-pin. It has Dual BIOS, it just doesn't have a switch. You get to the second BIOS by holding the power button for something like 10 seconds when turning it on.

Audio can be a real problem, but I don't think the UD3H actually has something better. It looks the same on paper, so maybe you really looked at Z77-D3H instead of Z77X? My problems with its audio is that it has too much power! It would work well with high-impedance headphones, but for normal headphones you need something with volume control.

So i got a little update, I've found a great deal for a Z68 chipset motherboard, almost 50% off the original price, so i went with that, already pulled the trigger and hopefully when i arrive from holidays it will be available at the store for pick up.

It's an ASUS btw thumb.gif
