Fewer maps and kits? More servers? Please see my previous post... because you can't possibly own this game either to say either of those things.

I'm going with Cwell here too. I like BF2, but 2142 is my preference. There are just as many playable servers, and while there is only 5 kit types, there are dozens of customizable options that each soldier can choose to bring into battle. There are many more unlocks, which keeps it interesting. There ARE less maps, which is disappointing. Titan mode is nice too, (my personal fav) because you always have a spawn point that you wont get raped at. In BF2 you were always spawning at your team's last remaining spawn point, with the enemy team killing every soldier as he spawns. Titan mode fixed that. Also about the glitches, they've fixed a lot of them, it really isn't bad to play on anymore. As for Ads, Im usually too busy playing to notice. I actually haven't noticed one ad, even on a billboard. I'm going to say buy 2142.

People, adware and spyware are programs. They are software that download into your system. They are not damn billboards.

When you were on your way to Chuck E. Cheese for your last birthday and saw a billboard reading "webuyuglyhouses.com" with a weird picture on it, did you say "Hey mommy, look!! It's spyware!!!!!"? Hmmm?
Do you call advertisements in magazines adware?

I love you guys.

now you gota be kidding me.

I installed bf2142 on a intel machine when I first bought it and now have it installed on a AMD rig. Its says the same thing no matter what system you have.

Its a simple texture UV'ed on a static mesh. Not some image that changes based on some software that hides in your system.

Now, I guess if BF2142 scanned your system and found out you have AMD and it posted Intel on billboards in the game, then I guess you could call that adware. But, I highly doubt it did that.

'tis a shame; know your role.
Though I agree with you Coldfire, watch your flaming on the forum. Some tak the littlest words and turn them into big ones. Very P C here...
