Welcome to OCN!

I was going to offer help, but it seems like others beat me to it. It's probably your PSU.

The problem is not just Tomb Raider no, it does the same thing on other games like Rage and Defiance videos... although the videos in The Witcher 2 seem to run fine but some in game sequences force the glitch.

I will try the single card thing tonight.

Thanks guys... hopefully this works!

Yeah, I was going to suggest this as well tongue.gif 500w is enough for your system, but might as well rule it out.

Keep in mind that the HD5770 is only 108w TDP. Still worth it for the OP to pull one card though and see if that solves the problem.

No need for a 1000w PSU though. If it is the PSU, a quality 650W will do fine.... or 750W to cover most future expansions. Emphasis on quality... read reviews.

This. PSU is the one thing you don't think about saving on? Really good quality PSU? You pay the dime it asks for wink.gif But i don't think OP's problem is the PSU.

I am going to pop out a 5770 in a few minutes and run just one. Then switch them out and see if anything changes.

Thanks again guys!

Justified.

Well, I successfully removed and tested both 5770's individually and seem to have found cause I guess... not enough power! Both cards work perfectly solo with no issues what so ever... was able to watch all Tomb Raider videos in full and actually play 4 hours of the game lol

Thank you guys so very much... have no idea what a relief this is.

I will continue the this conversation in my other post that is in the proper area, I believe...

Thanx for the welcoming help guys!!!
