Can I partition after installing my OS?

Thread Starter
Can I safely make a 250Gb partition with the 377GB left from my 1tb drive? I've been using the OS for about 6 months now and have filled it up substantially and want to do a nice reinstall to allow me to play my games without lag and max them out as well, so is it possible to safely and effectively partition after the computer has been used or do I need to format my drive first at least? Or is it at least recommended to wipe first, would that even make a difference? Thanks. thumb.gif

Yeap, I'm using the same and it works great. They have free version of it here.
