Need help GTX 760 or HD 7950?

For a haswell i7 with a single monitor 1080p@60hz, what mono-gpu is better at stock, more cool, and maybe more future proof? I don't want do gpu overclock, SLI or Crossfire.

-Gigabyte GTX 760 OC 2GB
-Sapphire HD 7950 OC Boost Vapor-X 3GB

Both have same price.

The options Gigabyte GTX 770 OC 2GB and Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X GHz ED 3GB are ++$160, and Sapphire HD 7970 Dual-X 3GB ++$110, but they are expensive for me, if I get a 760/7950 my idea is change it maybe in 3 or 4 years.

They're very similar cards, usually the 7950 will come with bundled games if you care for that. The GTX760 is a little more efficient.
Otherwise, I would pick the 7950 actually, for the better memory bandwidth and a nice cooler.

OP which country are you from ? the Gigabyte HD 7950 comes clocked at 1 Ghz out of the box.

here is a user feedback

even at stock HD 7950(1 ghz) easily faster than GTX 760 OC(1.1 ghz). HD 7950 has 1 GB extra VRAM and is more futureproof as even at 1080p, games are starting to hit 2GB limit . also 1100 - 1150 mhz is a fairly easy overclock

HD 7950(1150 mhz) vs GTX 760(1280 mhz)

The sapphire 7950 have concretely: Default: 850/ EZ Boost: 950 MHz Core Clock although with 1 gb extra.
The gigabyte 760: Base / Boost clock´╝Ü1085 / 1150 MHz

But I don't want do OC. And about the temps I don't know which of them is more cool.

any of those will max out most games at stock evenly using 1080. i know my 7950 can 'cause i never change setting between it and the 7970. they're both in my intel rig but just using the 7950 atm.

760 at 1300/1800 (real clocks)

7950 and 7970 at 1100/1575 (real clocks)

less than 10% difference.
