Hi. guys.
I'm S.korean newbie and this is my first thread in overclocknet
(and please understand my first language is not english)
I would like to introduce my system based on Corsair AIR540 case and Asus maximus V formula.
Basically I had system as below first,
CPU : intel i7 3770K (@4.7Ghz)
M/B :GA-Z77X-UP7
Ram: Corsair Dominator platimum (2400, 4*4G)
CPU cooler: NZXT X60
VGA: GTX780 2 way SLI
But the biggest problem was VGAs' noise and temp when it was running in full load.
Even the temp was 85~90C
So I decided to make full water cooling system especially for VGAs.
Here is my building.
My plan is based on ASUS Maximus V formula for using "Fusion Thermo".
This is very effective thermal plate and looks really great
CPU waterblock-EK supremacy clean CSQ red (looks great and simple)
My case is very small but I wanted to put 2 thick radiators.
XSPC 360mm and 240mm model.
Test building. 2 radiators are perfectly fit in the case.
But I had to put fans in outside. (Corsair SP120)
More fans. I love red one!
And 1 more, I had to bend HDD guide. (I'm not using 3.5 HDD in front, because it looks very ugly.)
Fortunately 2 radiator and fitting, location fits perfectly.
Because I already had GTX780 reference model, I only bought EVGA hydro copper water jacket and backplate.
We can't buy in S.korea officially them, so I ordered from US.
Of course I replace the air cooler to water jacket by myself.
Fittings and pipe, pump, reservoir, thermometer, drain pipe.
DIYed fan cable and distributors.
This case doesn't have any fan controller, so I added NZXT one.
Looks great and easy to use and control.
1st is actual fan thermo and pump RPM.
Magnetic dust filter.
and it's ready to put water
It's running and it's cool
This is my CPU's temp.
and this is my GPUs' temp. (It is really NICE!!)
This is my blueprint that I arranged.
Thank you for reading my thread. Koo
